The terms “We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to Wizfee. The term “You” refers to the customer visiting or ordering the Services via Our website: https://www.wizfee.com. References to “You” may include the customer as well as the “User”. Unless otherwise stated herein, Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use and/or the Customer Agreement.

Each entity and individual (“User”) providing services with or using or accessing the Services (as defined in the Terms of Use) directly or indirectly, agrees to abide by this Privacy Policy and is liable for violations to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Wizfee will enforce this Privacy Policy by using, without limitation and in its discretion, auditing methods, such as complaint, to ensure compliance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy sets forth required actions and practices, as well as those actions and practices that are unacceptable and prohibited, respecting the use of any Services, whether directly or through another party, and under the customer agreement, Term of Use or otherwise. This Privacy Policy is written to protect the interests of public and private entities and individuals using or providing services on, and using the Internet, and the reputation and goodwill of Wizfee with such parties, as well as to describe how We collect, use, store, process and otherwise share the information collected, and Wizfee intends it to be interpreted for such purpose. 1. Personal Information

We may require that You provide Us with personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to the following: IP address, name, mail, address, general contact information, financial information. Wizfee will only use this information for the sole purpose of providing or designing Services to You. We also may ask for additional information as We deem necessary to mitigate any risks that could harm You, Wizfee, and/or third parties.

We will maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security and integrity of Your data. We will restrict access to Your personal information to Our affiliates, employees, or to those who are otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy. However, Wizfee is not liable for any loss incurred out of any event that is not on Our control, or in connection with any information provided to Us. You acknowledge and agree that You transmit information over the Services at Your own risk. Under no circumstances will Wizfee be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with the use performance of such information, including but not limited to force majeure events, cyberattacks, misuse, or misconduct by You.

You are solely responsible for the information You share, and Wizfee will not be liable for any loss incurred out of, or in connection with Your disclosed information. Except to the extent required for the Use of the Services, please do not send confidential information directly to Us.

We may collect Your personal information through any of the features set forth below:

  • a. Support tickets;
  • b. Filling-up forms;
  • c. Log-in and profile information;
  • d. Uploaded documents

2. Non-Personal Information

2.1. Wizfee may also collect statistic, non-personal information (data that do not identifies You). Some of the features used to collect this information are Google Analytics and Cookies (as defined below). The information collected is to identify usage information and patterns, such as the numbers and frequency of Users to the Services, most visited pages and features, browser activities, and other statistic data.

3. Cookies

3.1. Wizfee uses a browser feature known as a “cookie”. Cookies are usually stored on Your computer's hard drive. We use cookies for various reasons, all related to statistics and recognition of trends and patterns, and to improve User’s experience. Most browsers have the possibility to manage these cookies or to disable existing cookies. Please understand that key features and resources made available in the Services requires that certain cookies are enabled. Therefore, if You choose to disable those cookies, the performance of such features and resources may be compromised and/or ultimately unavailable.

3.2. We will use and/or share with third parties any non-personal information collected by the Services, at Our own discretion.

4. Disclosure, Use and Protection of Personal Information

4.1. 5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1. User shall promptly notify Wizfee in writing of any known or suspected violation of this Privacy Policy by any of its personnel or any other entity or individual, using the then-current business and/or technical contact information established between Wizfee and User.

5.2. User cannot, and may not cause or permit others to: (a) use the Services to harass any person; cause damage or injury to any person or property; publish any material that is false, defamatory, harassing or obscene; violate privacy rights; promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm; send unsolicited bulk e-mail, junk mail, spam or chain letters; infringe property rights; or otherwise violate applicable laws, ordinances or regulations; (b) perform or disclose any benchmarking, availability or performance testing of the Services; (c) perform or disclose network discovery, port and service identification, vulnerability scanning, password cracking, remote access or penetration testing of the Services, or (d)directly or indirectly send, transmit, handle, distribute or deliver unlicensed or otherwise unauthorized third-parties intellectual property (nor assist in any such action, nor engage or enlist another to do so).

5.3. In addition, and without limitation to any preceding paragraph, User may not directly or indirectly send, transmit, handle, distribute or deliver any e-mail using the Services (nor assist in any such action, nor engage or enlist another to do so) with content, or in a manner that: (a) is threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory; (b) is deceptive, false, misleading or fraudulent; (c) is invasive of another's privacy; (d) contains vulgar, obscene or indecent material; (e) infringes a third party's intellectual property right(s); (f) violates export control laws and/or regulations; (g) violates the usage standards or rules of an entity affected by User's use; (h) is legally actionable between private parties and/or (i) is in violation of any applicable local, state, national or international law or any regulations having the force of law or laws in force of User's or e-mail recipient's country of residence.

5.4. User agrees not to use an the Services in connection with conduct that, whether intentional or unintentional and with or without a disruptive or malicious manner, intent or purpose, impact the normal functioning, operation, privacy, integrity or security of another's account(s), domain name(s), URL(s), website(s), network(s), system(s), facilities, equipment, data, other information or property, or business operations, or gains unauthorized access to, or uses, monitors or makes an unauthorized reference to, any such item(s) without such party's express prior consent. Examples without limitation of such prohibited actions include hacking, spoofing, denial of service, mail bombing and/or sending any e-mail that contains or transmits any virus or propagating worm(s), or any malware, whether spyware, adware or other such file or program.

5.5. User shall use the Services as contemplated by the Customer Agreement and shall not: (i) willfully tamper with the security of the Service or tamper with other customer accounts of Wizfee; (ii) access data on the Systems not intended for the User; (iii) log into a server or account on the Systems that the User is not authorized to access; (iv) attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any Systems or to breach the security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (v) willfully render any part of the Systems unusable; (vi) lease, distribute, license, sell or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or make the Services available to a third party other than as contemplated in the Customer Agreement; (vii) use the Services for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party; or (viii) provide to third parties any evaluation version of the Services without Wizfee's prior written consent.

5.6. Breach of this Privacy Policy is grounds for immediate revocation of the subscription to the Services and termination by Wizfee, for cause, of the customer agreement governing the sale and use of the Service(s). User acknowledges Wizfee may disclose information regarding User's use of the Service(s) to satisfy any law, regulation, government request, court order, subpoena or other legal process; provided, that if it is not prohibited from keeping the disclosure secret, it will notify User of such required disclosure.

5.7. Wizfee reserves the right to supplement, modify, amend or supersede this Privacy Policy, notifying User via e-mail, or a partner or User portal, or by posting a revised copy on the Wizfee website. User agrees to review the Privacy Policy on a regular basis and remain in compliance at all times.
